Nike Flyknit Racer “Be True”

In yet another installment of the brand’s progressive “Be True” line, Nike releases the Flyknit Racer in a special colorway. 2016’s LGBT Pride month celebrations saw the Nike Air Max Zero release in a similar scheme. This time, the Racer is the model of choice, taking on specific aesthetic hints.

A multi colored Swoosh sits robustly on a White/ Black Flyknit upper. A closer look reveals more subtle pieces of color way on the upper’s base, bordering the Swoosh. As with previous “Be True” iterations, contrast is the order of the day here as a relatively nondescript base on the upper really brings out the multi colored aspects. As an additional touch, we also see a “BE TRUE” script on the tongue.

The technical aspects here remain the same, of course. In any case, this isn’t a release that is looking to break any standards in that department. Rather, it’s a continuance of Nike’s pro-LGBT rights stance, expressed via an eye-catching and solid colorway.

adidas Ultra Boost Limited Edition – Core Black

Can a running shoe actually be too comfortable? Maybe it sounds a bit farfetched, but the Ultra Boost is making a strong case for this distinction. From its earlier days to the colorways we see  drop every now and then, one of the defining characteristics of this model has been an almost overbearing cloud of cushion underneath your feet.

Luckily, there’s more to this remarkable shoe than its world-beating impact protection. An airy upper provides a combination of fit and breathability that makes for an impressive technical sneaker as well. A Primeknit build offers the lightweight support of a knit upper while gradually conforming to your unique foot shape. A special Torsion system and heel counter keep you stable and lock the design elements in place. All of this, and the Ultra Boost clocks in at just a few hundred grams of weight while you run. This is all goes without mentioning this particular release’s All Black look.

It’s no doubt a marvel of a running sneaker from a functional standpoint, but the Ultra Boost is just as capable of keeping you comfortably on your feet through those long commutes and taxing work days. Don’t sleep!

Air Jordan 4 Retro “Motorsports”

Air Jordan 4 Retro “Motorsports”

One of the most highly coveted Air Jordan 4 colorways of all time is set to release to the public next year.

Yes, I’m talking about the Air Jordan 4 Motorsport.

When the Air Jordan 4 Motorsport initially released, it didn’t drop as a GR to the public.

It was an exclusive pair of sneakers. How exclusive?

The shoe was only given to members of the Jordan Brand Motorsport team.

So if you weren’t a part of that exclusive club, you probably don’t own a pair.

For some reason Jordan Brand has decided to release the Air Jordan 4 Motorsport to the public.

This Motorsport 4 will come with a White leather upper, offset by the hits of Black and Royal Blue placed throughout the shoe.

Mars Blackmon branding also appears on the side of the heel to give it that official look and feel.

The Release Date has set for 25/3/17
